To delete your account for SPIC Laundry app:
1. Enter your registered phone number.
2. Verify OTP sent to your number.
3. Confirm account deletion.

Data deletion details:
- Your sensitive personal data (phone number, email, profile info) will be permanently deleted.
- Certain transactional data (invoices, laundry orders, loyalty history) will be retained for operational and audit purposes.
- Retained data will be anonymized wherever applicable and kept 24 hour according to our data retention policy.
